What I did in Madrid

I went AWOL in Madrid with two great girlie pals. The apartment that we booked turned out to be in the middle of Madrid's version of Soho and we were pretty sure that the apartment was actually a set for gay porn (walls of naked men and under-lit beds, it was totally Fabulous!). It had a great little balcony that looked over the street where I could drink tea and watch the world go past. So here are some pictures of what I saw in Madrid - I haven't got my film back yet so these are all from my G9.

Birds in one of Madrid's many Plazas.
Hat shop in the Plaza Mayor.
Pretty Hat Boxes.

The food in Madrid was unbelievably delicious, although we did pay about £9 for 6 slices of ham!
Bread Elf in the Market.

If I were a dead chicken I think this is where I would like to be laid to rest.
